The hotel is situated in a stunning location, surrounded by towering peaks and the lush green valley of the Beas River. It offers a peaceful and natural setting, perfect for a mountain getaway. it is conveniently located near the market place, making it easy to explore and access local amenities.
The hotel staff was not very helpful in assisting guests during unexpected situations, such as heavy snowfall. It would have been appreciated if they had provided assistance with luggage transportation, particularly when the car couldn't come uphill due to the snow.

The rooms were spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The food quality was also very good, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the Hidimba temple.
The only negative aspect of our stay was when it snowed heavily and our car couldn't come uphill to pick us up in the morning. We asked the hotel staff for help in taking our luggage downhill to the car, but they refused and made excuses.
